qIs there any weight limit for the goods? Do you offer a discount for large quantities?

aIt is ok if the weight of each piece is within the reasonable range and the amount limit of the customs. As to the long-term cooperation or large quantity, we will give appropriate discount according to the freight.

qWhat are the working hours?

aMonday to Saturday 12:00-22:00 Closed on Sunday.

qWill the goods be detained?

aTell us the truth about the goods and they won't be detained.

qWill the goods be opened when they arrive at the warehouse?

aIf there is a South Korean tracking number that has contacted our system or customer service, we will not open the box. If there is no tracking number, we will open the box to check. According to our packaging requirements, we will not open the box. Occasionally the box will be checked for contraband, but it is all under surveillance, the cargo is fully guaranteed.

qHow many days will the goods arrive at the consignee's hands?

aIt will take 2-3 days to arrive at the first-tier cities, 3-4 days to the second-tier and third-tier cities. CC will be delivered to customers within one week by sea, and BC within 3-5 days by air

qWhere do you go through the customs? How long will it take you to clear the customs?

aOur current customs clearance ports are Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Beijing, Tianjin, Guangzhou and Wuhan. Except for the holidays, most customs clearance is on the same day.

qWhat if the goods are lost?

aWe will compensate the lost according to the actual value of the goods, you can get the specific process and details from our customer service to understand the compensation standards and application process.

aYes, order number will be tracked in the whole process and one order to the end.

qDo you support the domestic cash on delivery service?
